What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Delta Cosmetics offers three delivery options:

  1. Standard mail / up to 21 business days.
  2. Registered mail / up to 14 business days.
  3. EMS – express mail service / 1-7 business days.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depending on the shipping mode you choose, we will make every effort to get the package to you as soon as possible.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can pay with an international credit card that is valid at the moment of purchase. Payment options are with Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Delta Cosmetics complies with all the conditions for the security of the global credit card companies, and even further checks and updates the security of the site daily. Including security -SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) which enables encrypted and secure communication between computers.


How do I place an Order?

  1. Choose the product you would like to purchase and press the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The product will be added to your cart.
  2. After you have added all the necessary products to your cart, please make sure all items are ordered in the correct quantity.
  3. You can then process the order. Press the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button that will take you to the checkout page where you can enter your contact details and choose delivery and payment options.
  4. After you have completed all the fields press ‘Place Order’.  An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with the order details. If you have not received the e-mail with the order confirmation data to your inbox, please check out your Spam box.If you have chosen one of the on-line payment methods, you will be then forwarded to the checkout page.

You can also contact us by e-mail at [email protected] providing a list of products you would like to purchase (preferably with links to products), your telephone number and delivery address. We will then contact you to discuss convenient payment options.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can change the quantity or cancel the order at any time in the ‘cart’ window, as long as you have not completed the purchase or paid for the products.

If you have already paid for the products purchased and the product has not been mailed, you can change the order only through the company representatives by phone or e-mail at [email protected] .Delta Cosmetics will make changes as requested.

Your order will be sent to you 24-48 hours after receipt of payment confirmation from the Credit Card Company or PayPal.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can make an order without creating an account at the website. However if you would like to become our regular customer, we advise that you register at our website. This will provide you with access to your personal account and the information about your orders. This option will give you access to receive notification of discounts to your email.

How Can I Return a Product?

The purchase of products may be canceled within five (5) days of receipt. They must be packed in their original packaging and un opened, according to the conditions of Delta Cosmetics registered on the site.

If for any reason the product has arrived at your home damaged we will replace it after receiving your original package according to the conditions of Delta Cosmetics registered on the site.
